The system has been designed with the idea to fit our clients’ requests and needs. It’s user-friendly and operational regardless of climate conditions.
System uses 100bar to wash undercarriage, complete chassis and entry sills. During winter season helps removing the brine deposits from the vehicle.
This new, innovative solution takes care of accurate dosing and mixing, set according to required ratio.
Thanks to extremely precise dosage systema and special nozzles, active foam is precisely sprayed onto your vehicle to remove hard deposits and soil.
Rinsing is enabled via evenly distributed nozzles positioned within the robotic arm under pressure of 120bar.
Special detergent distribution system creates a light curtain with a high gloss effect as a final result.
Waxing is the integral phase of the process. This step provides better chassis protection and improved final drying phase.
Segment of the process where the robotic arm thoroughly rinses the rearview mirrors. The arm rotates under pressure and reaches all spots, usually difficult to reach.
The sequence particularly useful for insect deposit removal from the front section – rear section is under scrutiny during winter months.
System includes the 20" LED screen with graphic and audio notifications allowing for user-friendly and precise positioning of the vehicle.
Drying sequence takes place at the end of the cycle and uses four 4.5kW fans, to effectively dry a car. This prevents the application of dirt from the road and thin surface layer of ice on the car body during the winter. Another advantage in winter is that freezing of the door is prevented, due to the air flowing from the fan which penetrates into all the pockets of the car.
At the end of the process, the car is clean and free of limescale stains! Prior to commissioning and start-up, water quality test is performed; the system is equipped with the system for water softening and reverse osmosis is used for final rinsing. This procedure contributes to better washing, longer service life of the equipment and removal of the smallest water particles. Water treatment eliminates inorganic substances, salts and minerals, and helps in achieving perfect car wash result.
