Scope of works:
The service was performed on a turnkey basis. This means that the owners had the opportunity to give us a car wash during the works and to join the project when everything was complete and set. Intelligent Wash 360˚system for touchless robotized car was installed, pay station was positioned and full access control of access points (ramp and door) with full automation of the system. Full training was organized for the owners and all instructions and skills shared.
There was already a self-service car was at this location, with its regular customers. Thanks to the new Intelligent Wash 360˚system, the owners were able to offer high-quality service to their loyal clients and to increase capacity to attract new end-users. The end-users now enjoy various programs and operations in an efficient way without the need to leave their vehicles. The complete procedure for the car wash is fully oriented to end-users. Additionally, the system ensured a simplified access to car was to disabled drivers.
The first step in this phase was the preparation of the project documentation, which was the basis for the start of construction works. The second step included dirt works, and connecting to required utility infrastructure (water, electricity, gas, sewage), then the installation of the power cable, pipeline, gas pipeline and drainage channel. After the completion of installations, underfloor heating pipes were installed, which enable uninterrupted operation of the car wash in all weather conditions. In this phase, after the completion of all installations, the concreting of the slab was done, together with the construction beams for the robotized car wash.
Once the construction works were completed, the assembly of the construction of the robotic car wash began Our team has installed the entire supporting structure and guides for the translational movements of the machine. As requested by the client, in this phase, a facility was built on the already existing construction of the machine supported with the polyurethane sandwich panels. This step contributed to the savings on the construction of the facility itself. Construction of the Intelligent Wash 360˚is rigid enough to become an object by itself, without loss of statics.
In the next phase, after completing the construction and final set up, we started the process of setting up the machine – the robot with all its components. The next step included the works in the operator’s room. These works included the installation of the water treatment system, the installation of pumps, dosing system, as well as complete hardware for the management of a robotic car wash. Once all the parts were in place, we started assembling the machine – the robot with all the necessary installations. This part of the process involved the installation of a complete high-pressure pipeline and dosage system, and the connection of the hardware to the power supply, connection of all automated management control and signals with corresponding controllers.
After the works completed on connecting the robot with all its components, we started networking the entire system with the pay station and access control. Automated ramps, segmented doors and pay stations have been installed. Thanks to Intelligent Wash configuration, the whole system was networked which resulted in a self-service mechanism for future users. The system is completely automatized in this phase and networked with all hardware and software components.
The final phase was dedicated to testing the entire system and all components, as well as adjusting the machine according to client’s affinities and needs. Once the testing was completed, the machine became the part of the environment. Then we started with the training.
